Al-Kareem
The Most Generous
Prophetic Traditions
“Indeed Allah is Generous and loves generosity and noble character, and He dislikes pettiness.”
The Prophet ﷺ connected Allah's generosity to His love for generous and noble-charactered people.
“Indeed Allah is Shy and Generous. He is shy when His servant raises his hands to Him, to return them empty and disappointed.”
This hadith encourages believers to raise their hands in dua with confidence in Al-Kareem's generosity.
