مَنْ قَالَ لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ عَشْرَ مَرَّاتٍ كَانَ كَمَنْ أَعْتَقَ أَرْبَعَةَ أَنْفُسٍ مِنْ وَلَدِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ
“Whoever says 'There is no god but Allah alone with no partner, His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is capable of all things' ten times, it will be as if he freed four slaves from the descendants of Isma'il.”
This dhikr affirms Allah's complete power over all things and carries immense reward.
Scholarly Insights
Al-Qadeer possesses complete and perfect power. His power is never diminished by what He creates, nor is He ever incapable of anything He wills. His power is inseparable from His wisdom.
The name Al-Qadeer implies that Allah's power encompasses all things—bringing into existence, causing death, resurrection, reward and punishment. Nothing is beyond His capability.

La ilaha illa Allahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer
